GENERAL INFORMATION <\/strong><\/h4>

Uvita Print<\/strong><\/em> is the brand name of a signage and design company located in Uvita de Osa, Puntarenas. We provide design and printing services to any business or individual who requires our services. We are registered with the Ministry of Finance under ID number 114670462, Priscila Rodr\u00edguez Mora.\u00a0<\/p>

Pursuant to the foregoing, and for the purposes of this document, Priscila Rodr\u00edguez will hereinafter be represented under the name \" Uvita Print<\/strong><\/em> o \u201cthe provider.<\/strong><\/em>\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>

Any natural or legal person, as well as any entity requesting Uvita Print<\/strong><\/em>, will be referred to as a client, and by requesting any of our services, they are accepting the warranty policies attached to this document.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

WARRANTY POLICIES FOR SIGNAGE PRODUCTS <\/strong><\/h4>

UVITA PRINT <\/strong><\/h4>

PRODUCTION TIME. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>

The production time for all advertising and signage items is 7 business days<\/strong>. Delivery within a shorter timeframe is available upon request, without any explicit commitment to meet the delivery date.\u00a0<\/p>

The production time for all advertising and signage items requiring structural design is 15 to 22<\/strong> business days<\/strong> (depending on the size of the requested work). Delivery within a shorter timeframe is possible at the supplier's discretion, without any explicit commitment to meet the delivery date. Production time begins when:<\/p>

  1. The client has made a 50%<\/strong><\/em> advance payment of the total agreed value for the service requested.<\/li>
  2. The design is in optimal conditions for printing (quality, layout, resolution, weight, etc.<\/strong><\/em>) and has been approved by both the client and the printer.<\/li><\/ol>

    All production times are based on business days, Monday through Friday<\/strong> , excluding holidays. Production time begins once you have made your purchase and we receive your design. If the customer delays producing the design after the initial payment, Uvita Print<\/strong><\/em> is not responsible for meeting the deadline until we receive the design in perfect condition for printing.\u00a0<\/p>

    Once the work is completed, Uvita Print<\/strong><\/em> will confirm with the customer so they can pick it up at the Uvita Print<\/strong><\/em>offices. To pick up the work, the customer must have paid for the entire product ordered. Unpaid work will not be delivered.<\/p>

    - Bank transfers, mobile SINPE, or any other payment service<\/strong><\/em> used by the customer must be made before or during the pickup of the product order. Proof of payment must be attached and verified for delivery to proceed.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    STORAGE TIME. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>

    Once the work is completed, the client will be notified so they can proceed with the final cancellation and collection process. Uvita Print<\/strong><\/em> is responsible for storing the requested work for no more than 2 months<\/strong> from the completion date. After the two months have elapsed, if the client has not presented themselves to cancel and collect the work, or even if the client has fully paid for the requested work, we will dismantle and reuse the materials used in the requested work.<\/p>

    Uvita Print<\/strong><\/em> is not responsible for devoluci\u00f3n del dinero<\/strong>and reprinting, replacing, or repairing signs<\/strong> that exceed the collection time limit.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Install <\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    If installation services are required, the customer must pay an additional fee, which will be calculated by the supplier and accepted by the customer. The installation date must be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The installation service will proceed once the customer has paid 100%<\/strong> 100% of the value of the requested product, as well as 100%<\/strong> of the installation fee.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
